Massage Therapy
Massage is very beneficial as your body goes through many emotional, mental, and physical changes during your pregnancy. Massage therapy and preparation for the labor can keep you aware of tension levels and help you remain relaxed throughout your pregnancy and delivery.
A package of ten sessions: One massage every month of your pregnancy.
A package of five sessions: 3-4 massages during your pregnancy, and 1-2 postpartum sessions.

In our programs, focus placed on eating the right food for your pregnancy, coaching on developing strategies to cope with the various emotional states during pregnancy, and preparing for lifestyle and eating changes once the baby arrives. We work with you to get you in the best mental and physical state during pregnancy and after your delivery.

Baby’s First Massage Instruction
This class educates you with a comprehensive massage routine that may help allay parental fears and calm the infant. This program helps babies develop stronger immune systems, strengthen parent infant communication, relieve new baby’s stress, increase bodyweight, have better digestion, and can help relieve colic and gas. This class comes with an instructional booklet and is appropriate for newborns.
Pregnancy Massage
Offers a basic relaxation sequence to a support person to help you cope with the discomfort of pregnancy.
Labor Massage
Offers massage techniques and acupressure points as a comfort tool to help cope with the pain and length of labor.
Support Person Massage
A massage routine designed to give the pregnant mom a workout to strengthen her back, hips, and thighs, as well as nurturing the support person.
