SHC is located in The HIVE Community Center, and we firmly believe in providing education and alternative health care at financially accessible rates. In our clinics, SHC partners with other practitioners and organizers to offer services such as herbal consultations and massage. The clinic setting allows us to see more people at once, thereby reducing our cost and yours. Making health care financially and geographically accessible, as well as convenient are the primary aims of these clinic. Being located in a community center means providing education, resources, and access to care — not just in our office or in the clinic, but in the Glenwood neighborhood. The clinic is one way we maintain accountability to the community, both in the Glenwood neighborhood specifically and in Greensboro.
