Payment is due on the day of the session unless otherwise arranged. We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks. A $35 fee will be assessed for each returned check. Payments for all services are non-refundable.
Packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
Gift Certificates must be present at the time of your appointment. We do not honor LOST or Stolen Gift Certificates. Gift certificates are nonrefundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. Last minute cancellations and no shows forfeit the certificate. No compensation will be given.
Our paper gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue. If you call to schedule your appointment before the expiration date, but no slot is available before the card expires, you will be able to schedule a session within 2 weeks from the expiration date.
If your paper gift certificate has officially expired, and you want to redeem it, we will offer you 50% off the service listed on the gift certificate.
If you show up late to your appointment, you will still be charged for the amount of time you scheduled. For consistency and out of respect for everyone's schedule, sessions start on time and end on time. Please make an effort in being prompt to the best of your abilities.
Appointments generally book about two or three weeks in advance. Please keep this in mind if you would like to maintain a particular schedule of appointments.
Cancellations and No Shows
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If you would like to change your appointment, please give 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. All “No Shows” and “Last Minute Cancellations” are charged a $35 fee for massage and acupressure appointments and a $50 fee for structural integration appointments.
