With these two jam-packed sessions, you will get support & create a game plan on making your new years resolutions a reality. In two 60-minute sessions with Miriam, you will establish your goals and then create a targeted plan to create the life you want to live in 2010. This can be purchased for yourself or is an ideal gift for someone else.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE
For all the moments when you can think of someone who could really use a massage, here’s your chance to make it happen. Sessions typically last for 1-1.5 hours but 30-minute sessions are also available.
Cost: $30 for 30-min, $60 for 60-min, $90 for 90-min.
GROUP COOKING CLASS
Gather a group of 4-10 of your friends/family for a cooking class catered to a theme of your choosing. You can learn how to make a traditional Indian meal, bake with alternative sweeteners, make a delicious holiday meal, or any other theme of your choice. Miriam will come to your house with the food and facilitate a hands-on cooking class. This is like a holiday party but better!

SHC knows everyone has to plan carefully this holiday season. We will finance a massage package of 5 sessions or 3 months of phone health counseling. Pay 50% up front, and the remaining amount can be divided up in January ‘10, February ‘10, and March ‘10.
