In today’s world, it can be too easy to get take-out or buy unhealthy quick foods. In those moments when you have no time to cook or feel uninspired to create a meal in your kitchen, the freezer can be your best friend! In this class we’ll go over methods of practice to begin the cycle of stocking and eating out of your freezer. In this hands-on class you will:
- learn how you can save $$ and increase nutrition in the “quick meals” from your freezer
- develop a repertoire of foods/meals to put in the freezer from burritoes and dips, to soups… and many other things
- get tips on how to begin thinking for later (so when you need it, it’s there!)
