Eating for Energy

Are you tired of being so tired?  Is it annoying that you want to do so many things with your day but you just don’t have the energy?  Well, the foods you eat can have a significant impact on how much energy you have.  Just imagine coming home from work and wanting to go on a walk?  Or feeling motivated to work in the yard?

This class will highlight power foods that will make you feel energetic instead of sluggish.  Not only that, but you’ll be amazed with the tangible results you’ll feel just by making some simple changes.  No longer do you have to come up with excuses for not living the life you want!
